Over the years, Staci has successfully managed each aspect of the foreclosure process, from handling occupancy checks and cash for keys, to evictions, repairs and maintenance. She has refined her skill set by earning the Broker Price Opinion Resource designation and Short Sale Specialist designation, and by attending Keystone Asset Management’s National Training Program.
A versatile and well-educated professional, Staci has written articles pertaining to the sale of bank owned properties in the upper tier of the market. Formerly the Director of Business Development for Hudson and Marshall Auctioneers, her background also includes the successful development of a Corporate Relocation Division, where she was responsible for agent training as well as managing referrals for high-profile clients.
Staci is a lifelong resident of Southern California and a graduate of California State University Northridge. A native of Burbank, she enjoys sharing her local market knowledge to help her clients find the perfect home to fit their needs. When she isn’t busy working, Staci enjoys spending time with her two sons, entertaining, playing tennis and cooking gourmet meals.
